Judy discovered baking several years ago and hasn’t stopped since.
She recently transitioned from her position as pediatrician at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center to medical director of Global Health Partners/Nicaragua. This is a consortium of physicians, social workers, educators, community members and students in LaCrosse, WI working to improve health care, education, and community services in the tiny mountain village of Santa Celia, Nicaragua.
